Do you have previous experience in a customer service environment?
A new Customer Service/ Sales Order Processor is needed for Watford based client to join the team - It's essential that you have previous customer service experience and be able to build rapport with your clients in order to provide exceptional customer service. Your main duties will be to process incoming orders from the existing client base, troubleshooting and responding to enquiries ; so first class data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail is key to this role.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or SAGE Line50 would be a real advantage. Hours are 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday (there is a small degree of flexibility on the hours) having your own transport is a must as there is no public transport in this area - there is also FREE parking.
