IT Manager – PACS/RIS Specialist Project Manager

Salary - £37,000 - £42,000

Location – Hertfordshire

A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding team as a RIS/PACS IT Project Manager. The role will include monitoring systems to ensure they are delivering optimal performance, resolution of day-to-day issues, training staff on PACS and other Health IT systems and ensuring that users maximise the benefits provided by the system.

The role
Self-directed working is a key requirement of the role but it is also expected that the post-holder will contribute to managerial and other team meetings. You will be responsible for the efficient operation of PACS/RIS systems along with other IT systems. You will be expected to ensure that system administration procedures are implemented and provide end-to-end project management of the connectivity projects including technical input into tender processes
Project Management of Integration (connectivity) within the public healthcare sector and other client systems (PACS & RIS) is a vital component of the role. The candidate will ensure that project milestones are achieved within the timelines.

Candidate Requirements
Efficient operation of PACS/RIS systems essential. A Thorough understanding of business operational procedures along with Proven ability and experience in Project Management specifically within a healthcare environment. Previous people management skills and experience and a detailed understanding of Clinical work flows in Radiology and other Departments desirable

Remuneration
Competitive Salary - £37,000 - £42,000 + Additional company benefits
