Application and Training Consultant

Leaders in their market place the opportunity has arisen to join an expanding team as an Application and Training Consultant to support and develop bespoke products and provide consultancy service to customers.

The successful candidate will be required to provide consultancy and training services in a professional manner to new and existing clients. Working alongside the Managing Director and others to develop the processes for delivering these services and monitor the feedback from clients to ensure a high standard of excellence.

Analysis, specification and testing of system bugs and enhancements. Product testing, including system testing and regression testing and working with the developers to identify resolutions to issues.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience working as a training consultant for bespoke CRM software or similar role essential
Proficient in all Microsoft Packages essential along with technical support experience/Database administrator experience
Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal as you will be required to hold training sessions with clients
Ability to take an Analytical and logical approach
Previous experience within a not for profit organisation desirable
Ability to understand client’s business needs and manage communication between the technical team and client
Own car essential, some overnight travel may be required.

Remuneration

Competitive Salary - £27,000 - £34,000 per annum + Additional Benefits
