Payroll Administrator ? Part Time (25 hours per week)
My client is family owned business specialising in the supply of market leading contractors plant machinery, and finance for the construction market. They are located in nice offices within walking distance of Waltham Cross meaning they are accessible by public Transport and conveniently located to shops, bars and restaurants. You will be working within a friendly and supportive office environment with great bosses.
The role
You will be responsible for accurately processing the monthly payroll for the three companies and providing general administrative support to the HR department.
Duties
Processing timesheets and expenses
Payroll reports and statistics
Maintaining staff records and files (including benefits such as pensions)
Assisting with the production of month and year end reports and returns
Dealing with payroll queries
Process and ensure receipt of paperwork in relation to new employees
Induction arrangements
This is a part time role working 25 hours split over 5 days. 90% of your time will be spent dealing with payroll with the remainder spent on HR duties.
Salary will be between £18,000 and £20,000 pro rata for your hours. Other benefits include 4 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays, BUPA membership.
