I am looking for Help Desk Team Leader to help build and maintain a new department/project.
Working in brand new offices, fantastic team of people and great bosses.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Efficiently co-ordinating the flow of vehicles, monitoring, analysing, producing and circulating KPI information, ensuring staff are working effectively and managing performance & attendance.
Other duties include:
Logging all calls on internal system
Booking collections on Web base system
Answering inbound Helpdesk calls
Liaising with Security / Transport and retailers.
Recording key data relating to unloading and the yard.
Analysing information and working closely with Centre Management
Ideally we are looking for someone with previous supervisory knowledge, you must have fantastic IT and communication skills and be prepared to ‘go the extra mile’.
