We are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to work within the Administration team and you will be reporting into the Operations Manager. This is a role that requires somebody who has very strong Customer Service and Administration experience. You will be responsible for co-ordinating the company’s quality processes and reporting along with providing general administrative support.
Some of you main duties will include:
Maintenance of the ISO 9001 certified, QA Manual.
Conducting internal audits on the Manual of Best Practice (STG) and ISO 9001 processes.
Co-ordinating the bi-annual Benchmarq Client Satisfaction Surveys.
Co-ordinating the bi-annual Benchmarq Contractor Satisfaction Surveys.
Conducting monthly Contractor Satisfaction Calls.
Preparing QA reports and presentations.
Co-ordinating quality related meetings.
