PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR

My client is a small but expanding Financial Services company based in Hemel Hempstead. They deal with mortgages, investments, pensions, insurance, wills, savings and healthcare.
They are looking for a Part-Time Administrator who can help out with the financial administration, submitting on-line business, chasing lenders and suppliers, filing, compliance, general administration, and answering the phones.
For this role as Part-Time Administrator you must be well-organised, commercially and financially aware, have knowledge of the industry and have work within an IFA’s or Financial Organisation before and be able to work on your own in a small office and stay focussed all times as there will be times when the Principal will be out a lot concentrating on the sales side of the business. A car is essential for this role as the offices will be re-locating to Hatfield or St. Albans in the next few months.
This role will be on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only.
The hours will be between 9am to 4pm 4 hours a day.
