This firm of Architects have been established for over 14 years and have amazing offices based in Old Street.

I am looking for a Practice Manager to run a team of 30+, including Associated Architects, Architects and an Administration team.

Some of your roles will include:
Supervise & delegate work to admin & accounts support team; constantly re-prioritising
Complete responsibility for non-professional staffing issues including recruitment, discipline, holiday & sickness records, training, letters of contract, employment law
Source training courses for admin staff.
Attend mgt meetings and note taking.
Complete responsibility for all facilities and issues relating to the premises including security, insurance, cleaning, telecoms, IT, health & safety.
Attendance at management meetings to discuss facilities and staff
Attendance at RIBA events as required by partners
Attendance at client meetings & corporate events as required
Control of relevant budget
Some private, discreet work for Partners when Partner’s PA is unavailable

We are looking for someone who has previous experience, who is extremely organised and someone who has advanced IT skills.
