Responsibilities include:

Constant Customer contact.
Taking and chasing payments.
Cancellations and amendments.
Dealing with all enquiries from call centre bookings.
Dealing with incoming calls and emails from the website.

Experience

Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working at an ABTA recognised business or ATOL protected tour operator.
You should have good knowledge of the Mediterranean and have a passion for travel
Candidates will be hard working and computer literate.
