This business is a privately owned organisation. They have been inspected and are fully registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection. They are currently recruiting for a Care Supervisor to assist and supervise the other Home Carers, within the region. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent.

Pay - £8.00 - £9.00 per hour
Location - Enfield
25 hours across Monday to Wednesday

The main responsibilities will be:

Ensure that the resident's progress within their support plans and ensure that all work is recorded, implemented and regularly reviewed.

Monitor the quality and delivery of internal / external support services.

Responsibility for ensuring that the personal care of the customer is maintained, according to the needs and capabilities of the individual.

Assist all home carers with all of the above and ensure that you are leading by example.

Person Specification

Applicants must have:
A full, clean driving licence and own vehicle for work
Evidence of any relevant training ie - First Aid and Food Hygiene, Moving and Handling.

NVQ level 3 in care

Good written and verbal communication skills
