Based in Barnet, the company has two divisions; designing, importing and distributing products across the UK, USA, Europe and Australia. The role for a marketing brand manager will include the responsibility for translating the clients vision into a combined marketing strategy; covering:-

Web development including retail

SEO & PPC

Product packaging

Social media

Viral video

Printed literature

Exhibition design, implementation & attendance (UK & abroad)

Advertising off line

PR, copywriting & product placement

Clearly, we are not looking for a rookie marketer; rather a hands on person with real experience of the full blend of marketing channels. Neither are we looking for someone who has only worked agency side. You MUST have worked client side before and have a portfolio of evidence to illustrate how you have improved ROI.

We are NOT hung up on a formal marketing qualification HOWEVER do not think that you can blag your way through this interview...my client is razor sharp and very well versed in spin & marketing BS! You must be able to back up your claims.

The co operates on an international basis and travel will be expected; both UK & abroad; so pack your tooth brush. The client is away a great deal; so don't expect to be micro managed but rather the opposite.



Pay & benefits will be in line with your experience however the MD looks after his staff very well and once you have proved yourself you will find that he rewards his team significantly. The staff turnover is incredibly low. This is a new position; so you'll have the chance to develop the marketing DNA of this organisation that already # 1 in the UK & Australia & about to be # 1 in the USA in it's field.

This dept will of course expand...it will be YOUR role to recruit & develop a team in due course.
