One of the biggest developers in North London is looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to assist the project co-ordinator.

This role will require the individual to work in the head office and in the satellite office.

The applicant should be self motivated and have a willing to learn. This is a long term project that will enable the individual to grow in the company and progress through the company.

An understanding of construction would be ideal and an ability to interact with a range of people ranging from tenants to building contractors. The role will include dealing with the admin for the tenants as well as following up on rent and payments.

Second year earnings could increase with commission.

The head office is based in a modern development with newly refurbished satellite offices.
