For this Collections Analyst role, we are looking for someone who has a background within the property industry or someone who has previously worked with property managers.
The company are offering a salary of £15,000 to £22,000 depending on experience, 22 days holiday, free parking, and the company organises and number of different social events.

Below is a brief job description:
Carry out all tasks that relate to the administration of chasing and collecting client and corporate debt, this will include issuing reminders, dealing with customer queries, referring tenants to debt collection and taking payments.

Carry out all tasks that relate to the receipting and movement of money, this will include receipting of money against funds, movement of money between funds, transfer of funds between client and corporate accounts, reconciliation of accounts and providing refunds.

Carry out all tasks that relate to debt collection liaison, this will include answers debt collection companies queries, reconciliation of debt held by debt collection companies, liaison with relevant departments to confirm appropriate action required, manage the debt collection companies invoicing process and arrange for court fees to be obtained.

Carry out tasks that relate to Ground rent this includes ensuring all invoices have been issued, chasing debt and making payment to freeholders.

Ensure all transactions with customers are recorded in a timely, accurate and effective manner – including updating all computer-based records – to maintain and enhance data integrity and provide a basis for accurate assessments of performance.

Maintain knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role. Support and promote compliance with those requirements within the role and the business
