We\\\'ve been doing this for twenty five years now; and we reckon we\\\'ve become pretty good at it! In fact Karen & I are now finding work for the children of those we placed in jobs when THEY left school!

My co Director Karen Leggett & I have amassed over 40 years recruitment experience, working \\\'our\\\' areas, Enfield & Watford plus surrounding towns. As of typing this I\\\'ve personally placed nearly 1700 people in permanent work...that\\\\\\\'s a lot of experience that YOU could tap into!

Heroes has expertise in the warehouse, catering, grounds maintenance and production sectors; providing staff to local organisations. Whether you\\\'re interested in some holiday work, a long term contract or a full time permanent position - call on us!

We cover North London, South & East Herts and Essex borders; including Enfield, Edmonton, Tottenham, Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, Waltham Abbey, Broxbourne, Turnford, Potters Bar, Cockfosters, Oakwood, Barnet, Whetstone, Totteridge, Finchley, New Southgate, Southgate and Friern Barnet. Additionally Watford, Rickmansworth, Hemel Hempstead, Bushey, Borehamwood, St Albans, Stanmore, Harrow, Kings Langley and Abbots Langley.

We also work with organisations who ask us to recruit for sales, technical & engineering positions across the South East.

Challenge we have, is that we can\\\'t help all those who apply to us...we are inundated with CVs and applications..which is great, but can slow us down.

We DO read all CVs but we can only get back to people in person who we know we can help immediately...but do know that we do collate your info...we send regular updates to those on our database.

In short; we want to work with those who can genuinely add something to our clients...as a result if you are sent for an interview with us; you have a 1/3rd chance of being offered a position. Good odds...!

Clients....please read our \'Clients\' page on the left, however in brief...Karen and the team look after office support roles, for temporary & permanent positions. Graham still looks after his historic \'preferred\' clients however the majority of his work is focused on recruitment managers and Directors across a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, accountancy, packaging, leisure, property and legal.
