Yes, the hours are long, but the work is great fun and no two days are the same. Successful recruits can expect to earn about £25k in their first year and £35k in their second year. Remember; this is a sales career so the basic salary, whilst being at the upper level on offer from local estate agencies, is just a stepping stone to much greater earning opportunities through sales commission, bonuses and incentives for mortgage and conveyancing introductions.

After a couple of years at Lanes, you could be earning £60k along with a nice car or allowance to buy what you want.

Previous sales experience is NOT essential, but passion, enthusiasm & a desire for financial success are essential ingredients for a succesful property sales negotiator.. Age is immaterial of course….but high energy levels are crucial. Long hours, including busy Saturdays and regular Sundays are all part of the business…but you’ll be working with some of the most professional, motivated sales people around as well as deal with some really nice vendors & purchasers.
