Manage and prioritise own workload meeting business targets and KPI’s.
Support the sales team
Support the growth and development of our client’s regional portfolio and maximise sales of their lending services.
Managing a number of key retailer accounts, you will maintain strong working relationships and swiftly resolve any issues to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.
Identify and acquire new business from existing accounts.
Seeking out new sectors, market and product opportunities and present outline proposals to your Line Manager.
You will be dynamic, able to prioritise tasks as business dictates, a big personality and a sense of humour are a must. Understanding of regulatory requirements (Consumer Credit Act, Anti Money Laundering, Data Protection, Treating Customers Fairly, Know Your Customer) would be an advantage.
