- My client is in a period of expansion and as such are looking for target driven, self-motivated individuals who are looking to join a fast paced dynamic, growing company based in Watford.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of live, current and overdue customer accounts CourtesyWelcome calls to Retailer’sManage and prioritise own workload meeting business targets and KPI’s.Support the sales teamSupport the growth and development of our client’s regional portfolio and maximise sales of their lending services.Managing a number of key retailer accounts, you will maintain strong working relationships and swiftly resolve any issues to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.Identify and acquire new business from existing accounts.Seeking out new sectors, market and product opportunities and present outline proposals to your Line Manager.You will be dynamic, able to prioritise tasks as business dictates, a big personality and a sense of humour are a must. Understanding of regulatory requirements (Consumer Credit Act, Anti Money Laundering, Data Protection, Treating Customers Fairly, Know Your Customer) would be an advantage.Advantageous but not essential - Financial services background
