Based in Long Crendon this is a brand new role so you will have a huge opportunity to make this role your own and develop this.
? Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
? A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Able to communicate and motivate verbally and via written media.
? 1 year’s outbound sales experience.
? Generate New Business, from both planned sales activity and via maximising opportunities from each and every customer interaction.
? Build and maintain database of contacts for current, previous, and targeted new business. Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions within the CRM database.
? To plan and carry out direct sales activity - by Phone/ Direct Mail
? Carry out market research, competitor and customer analysis as required, to ensure that competitor knowledge and awareness remains high, products offered are suitable for the market and a sales strategy is developed to cover all local opportunities (new and old)
In a nutshell a motivated self starter, not afraid to pick up the phone, proactive in seeking new business opportunities and do not need to be micromanaged.
