Customer Service Administrator – £20-22k

A Payment system installation/maintenance company based in East London is looking for an for an experienced person to provide support for the business’s administration, working with a small team of 7 office personnel and 4 workshop personnel in an expanding business.

Main Duties but not limited to:

  • Liaise with customers (taxi drivers) via phone correspondence or face to face on day to day business activity and queries
  • Type and word process letters and documents and electronic information as required
  • Accurately manage, organise and update any relevant data using the Company database applications
  • Train customers on using the Card acceptance equipment we install
  • Take payments over the phone on a desk based card machine
  • Liaise with our operations/installation team (4 persons) on a day to day basis ensuring a seamless flow of information between departments
  • Work with colleagues and supervisor to investigate process and procedure and take an active roll in suggesting and implanting improvement

Key Capabilities of Individual

  • Experience in an office based customer environment would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Windows and Office
  • Data entry experience
  • Confident with speaking to customers/clients

Hours 8:30-5:30 Mon-Fri
