Experienced Receptionist required for Finchley based Law firm. If you have experience of working on Reception in a busy Law firm that would be an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is smart and on the ball with lots of common sense, must be proficient in using Microsoft and able to complete administration tasks. If you have experience of Audio typing this would also be an advantage.
You will be:
• Answering all incoming calls
• Taking and distributing messages
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• Dealing with enquiry emails
• Audio typing
• Typing letters
• Greeting visitors
• Making drinks tea, coffee etc.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required
Close to all transport links.
Hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary is between £18k p.a. to £22k p.a. depending on experience!
