Nine years ago I had been out of work for 6 months and despite sending CV’s and contacting various websites I was beginning to despair. By chance I telephoned Orchard late one day and found Graham still at his desk. We had a long and exhaustive conversation and the following day found me in his office. He had what he thought was the ideal position for me. Sure enough it was and nine years later here I am still with the same company.

In my time here we have used Orchard for our recruitment and looking around the office now there are four of us here placed by Graham and his team.

My story does not end there. When my 17 year old daughter hit me with the bombshell that she did not want to carry on through to the second year of her ‘A’ levels and certainly did not want to go to university I was naturally taken aback. I asked her to put a CV together and I sent this to Graham. In no time my daughter had an interview and was offered a temp to perm position in the accounts department of a highly reputable international company which after six weeks was made permanent.
